Issue Credentials

Issue Credentials are a means for users of the site to indicate which of the educational they have reviewed. For instance, if a user reads an issue book on a particular topic, the user can then check-off the issue book and their profile will indicate that they have read this particular resource. One potential use of this credentialing approach is when a user submits a statement or proposed solution to a particular topic. A small number next the users name will indicate how many of the background materials the user has stated that they have reviewed. Clicking on the number will show which of the educational materials have been reviewed. This concept is a work in progress and we welcome constructive criticism and/or feedback.
